Please consider this list of goals a "Work in Progress". As we define, evaluate, redefine and pursue our goals, we are becoming better and better at what we do. Part of the criteria we use in building our corporate goals comes from valuable feedback from our customers.
With the need for our customers to grow and become more competitive, SYO has gone to great lengths to keep abreast of this ever so quickly changing world of technology. By staying current with new technology, we can offer our customers the advantage of arriving at their next goal before any competitors. This constant push for both SYO and the customer to reach their goals, has created a teamwork environment. SYO needs the customer to keep demanding more and more, and the customer needs SYO to push them ahead of their competitor. It's a very nice relationship.
GOALS for 2012
Expand customer base through the outreach of a salesforce.
Maintain an edge over our competitors through continued seminar attendance.
Continue to provide Internet access as well as Website and E-Mail hosting for our customers.
Pursue certifications with new manufacturers.
Enact methods of service and support to save the customer money.
Donate 10% of Gross Profit to Charitable causes (Kiwanis, Lions, Christian Education, Seminary Students, etc.).
